People are more important than ever. So is the workplace. The pressure is intense. Globalization, competition, the complexity of work, mobility, technology (and more!) are exponentially increasing the demands on businesses. Employers want their organizations to be great places and their teams to be energized, engaged, and working together to achieve results. People at work want to feel good about the jobs they are doing, about themselves, and their employer.
At Mars Drinks, we are 100% dedicated to the workplace and we are committed to our customers’ success. Based on this, we set out to more deeply understand how companies can be successful. We launched a global study of more than 3,000 people in all kinds of jobs and all kinds of companies. We discovered just how critical Collaboration, Engagement, Well-Being, and Productivity are. We learned about how they are unique across countries. We exposed some surprising ways they are related to each other, and also, ways they canbe bolstered. In addition, we learned about drinks solutions in the workplace: their role and the importance for success. Most of all, we have identified WORKPLACE VITALITY, which is at the intersection of Collaboration, Engagement, Well-Being, and Productivity.
Because of our focus on the workplace, we have a unique role to play in our customers’ success, and in helping them think differently about work and workplace—to Rethink the Daily Grind™.
